Privatization of our parks, caused by a crisis in funding, threatens the promise of parks for the public and could dramatically undermine the environmental health of Golden Gate Park and other city treasures. Our efforts to create a city with 100% clean energy are also at risk, as corporate interests work to undermine Community Choice Aggregation. And finally, no environmental goals can be meaningfully reached unless we tackle the problem of fixing Muni and creating a public transit system that really works for people.
